In view of the brewery enterprises, the energy supply scheme of cogeneration is put forward. Equipped with gas turbine & HRSG unit, to provide continuous power and steam for the enterprise, to meet the production energy demand of the enterprise. At present, the policy of replacing coal with gas is strict, and the energy fuel of the original enterprise is gradually converted from coal to natural gas. Using gas turbine as a direct fired high-efficiency power generation device, the compressed high-pressure natural gas can be fully burned, and the high-grade heat (entropy enthalpy) of the fuel can be fully converted into kinetic energy to drive the generator to generate electricity. After the gas turbine works, the discharged high-temperature flue gas enters the waste heat boiler for heating to generate the steam required by the process. Gas turbine generator set has high reliability, safety and stability, which is very suitable for enterprises with continuous operation capacity.
