In view of the ceramic industry enterprises, the energy supply scheme of cogeneration is proposed. A gas turbine generator set is equipped to replace the burner at the front end of the drying tower to provide heat supply flue gas for the ceramic front-end dry powder manufacturing system, while generating power to meet the production energy demand of the enterprise. At present, the policy of replacing coal with gas is strict, and the energy fuel of the original enterprise is gradually converted from coal to natural gas. Using gas turbine as a direct fired high-efficiency power generation device, the compressed high-pressure natural gas can be fully burned, and the high-grade heat (entropy enthalpy) of the fuel can be fully converted into kinetic energy to drive the generator to generate electricity.
